Chamber Newsletter

Members receive a printed monthly newsletter. We highly recommend circulating it to your staff, keeping a copy in your break room or lobby, and utilizing it as a promotional tool. Keep in mind that the deadline for submission of information is the 15th of the month prior and information may be edited or not included because of space limitations.

Member News

This is your opportunity to share information with your business colleagues about new employees, recognition, awards, new products, new services, discounts, and items you deem "newsworthy". While we are limited to the number of members we can include in member news we try not to continually repeat news from the same company. Photos can be submitted to accompany your news but might not always be used due to space restrictions. We recommend adding The Chamber to your media email list as you never know what might be newsworthy and The Chamber is often contacted by newspapers, radio stations, and other media resources for story ideas and topics of interest. We also pull information you send us for our regular column in the Amsterdam Recorder, "The Chamber Connection". The more you let us know what is going on with your business, the more we can promote it. Please email news to membership@montgomerycountyny.com.

Member Spotlight

The Chamber includes a business spotlight monthly of our members. This is also included in our "Chamber Connection" column in the Amsterdam Recorder. All members are invited to send 3 - 4 paragraphs and your photo or logo to us for inclusion in Member Spotlight. The information should include a brief history about your business, what service or product you provide, contact information and any other information you would like to share.

Inserts

Each chamber member receives one complimentary insert! Make sure you utilize this benefit and consider inserting on a quarterly basis. After your complimentary insert it is only $75, to have your insert included in the newsletter. Space is limited so reserve early with the Membership Assistant.
